This company is a prestigious brand of over of forty-four years as it was founded in 1965. Its breakthroughs have been witnessed over the years with its large clients being world celebrities such as the beautiful Oprah Winfrey and Tom cruise. Also, luxurious stores dealing exclusively with jewelry, for example Bergdorf Goodman has enjoyed selling Henry Dunay’s designs. Unfortunately, the company is rated the second esteemed jewelry design enterprise to file for bankruptcy in latest weeks.

In reference to a preparation order filed in U.S bankruptcy Court for the Southern District on New York the Henry Dunay’s initial case supervision conference will be due on 4th August 2009. The venue will be in federal bankruptcy court in Manhattan at ten (10AM). In direct relation to the order, the discussions will take topics such as formation of committee to appraise budget fee requests, retention of professionals, alternative dispute ruling and timetables.

Still on the related bad news is Michael Beaudry Inc, a company based in Los Angeles and it too filed for a chapter eleven-bankruptcy protection at the beginnings of June.
